Years lived in Port Townsend: 5

Arrived from: Lynx, a 122-foot, square-tops’l schooner

Moved to Port Townsend to: Build sails for Carol Hasse at Port Townsend Sails

And then: Became a marketing & communications manager at Centrum, a Port Townsend arts nonprofit

You might have seen me before: On the stage of Concerts on the Dock singing with the Toolshed Trio wearing a rainbow-sequin romper; behind the microphone as a storyteller during “She Tells Sea Tales” at the Northwest Maritime Center; on the runway of the Port Townsend Wearable Art Show modeling the work of Margie McDonald and Judith Bird; on my former blog, “Sailmaker’s Apprentice.”

Founded Storyborne because: The desire to write and record stories that capture our vulnerable human experience is at the core of my being.
